PostCoder Web SOAP - internal per click

This type of licence allows you to pay for your address searches on a per-click basis. Searches are accumulated for all users on your account and charged for their total searches.

Charges include full technical support, upgrades to the service and the Royal Mail PAF® licence.
The PAF® data is updated monthly on our server. There are no set up charges.

Please Note: Due to licence restrictions, the above per click payment plans are only available for Internal Use within your company (CRM software, Accounts Packages, Extranet, Intranet etc) and are only available until 31st March 2010. There is a maximum allowance of 5,000 Premise and/or 5,000 Postzon lookups in any 12 month period. To discuss this please contact us on +44 (0)1508 494488.

These are the different search functions available:

  • Rapid Addressing
  • Premise level lookup from a Postcode
  • Grid reference lookup from a Postcode
  • Postzon* lookup from a Postcode
  • Address Matching (from an address fragment)

Notes:

  1. * Postzon is an additional dataset that contains grid references, NHS Health Authority and PCT codes and Local/Unitary Authority Ward codes and names.
  2. Rapid Addressing provides Thoroughfare level (street level) address look up from a full Postcode.
  3. Address Matching is premise level address look up from any combination of address fragments.
  4. PAF® is the Royal Mail's Postcode Address File of 1.7 million UK Postcodes, 28 million addresses.
  5. Grid references are not present for some Postcodes on PAF® such as PO Box, Channel Isles, Isle of Man and newly allocated addresses.
  6. We only charge for searches that successfully return data.
  7. Pricing valid until 31/03/10. VAT at the standard rate should be added to all prices.
  8. Royal Mail is currently reviewing the licence with a view to introducing a whole new licence from April 2010. For more information, please see our Licence Information.

All prices are annual, include full Technical Support and all Royal Mail licence fees.
