PostCoder Web SOAP - internal per user

This type of licence allows you to licence each PC or Terminal that is connected to your address searching application. Each "user" pays a set annual fee and they can perform an unlimited amount of searches within their licence year.

Charges include full technical support, upgrades to the service and the Royal Mail PAF® licence.
The PAF® data is updated monthly on our server. There are no set up charges.

Notes:

  1. * Postzon is an additional dataset that contains grid references, NHS Health Authority and PCT codes and Local/Unitary Authority Ward codes and names.
  2. A Single user licence allows you to use the software on a single PC or terminal within your company for one year. These licences are not concurrent.
  3. Thoroughfare level (street level) PAF® data utilises the Rapid Addressing function which provides address look up from a full Postcode.
  4. Premise level PAF® data utilises the Match Addressing and Get Premise functions and is address look up from any combination of address fragments.
  5. PAF® is the Royal Mail's Postcode Address File of 1.7 million UK Postcodes, 28 million addresses.
  6. Premise level PAF data includes all house names and numbers, Organisations, Unit and Flat numbers listed on PAF®.
  7. A single user licence allows unlimited searches to be performed at the applicable address level within the licence year, by a single PC or workstation.
  8. Per user charges are payable per PC/workstation/terminal up to 26 users after which a System charge applies and usage is unlimited around a single application within one organisation.
  9. Multi-System Licences are priced at three times the System charge and allow unlimited usage at multiple sites for the same application within a single organisation. Please call to discuss.
  10. Pricing valid until 31/03/10. VAT at the standard rate should be added to all prices.
  11. It is forbidden to use the Service for batch cleaning of multiple addresses (bureau services). We do offer specific Batch cleaning software, so if you are interested in automated cleaning of your data, please contact us.
  12. Royal Mail is currently reviewing the licence with a view to introducing a whole new licence from April 2010. For more information, please see our Licence Information.

All prices are annual, include full Technical Support and all Royal Mail licence fees.
