Irish International Print

Irish International Print, established in 1995, is one of the leading Print and Direct Mail solution companies in Ireland. Their IT and Data Room Manager, Marcin Jernas, contacted Allies because they had 120,000 addresses stored within their systems which needed to be cleansed and verified automatically against the Royal Mail's PAF® database.

At the time of their enquiry, Irish International Print were looking simply to obtain a copy of the raw PAF® data from which they could develop their own cleansing tool. However after a consultation with one of our team, Allies highlighted that the PostCoder Batch software would instantly prove to be a cheaper, simpler and faster option for them.

PostCoder Batch is a simple and easy to use program that will clean and standardise any existing address database, helping to ensure that the records are postally correct. PostCoder Batch verifies addresses, amending incorrect or incomplete listings and adding all missing address elements.

As their requirement for this software was urgent, Allies not only sent out the software by post, but also arranged for it to be uploaded to their website, so Marcin could download it and start using it the very next day.
