Notes: Data is for the full UK except where otherwise stated. PAF® is the Royal Mail Postcode Address File of 1.7 million UK Postcodes. For more frequent updates (monthly or quarterly) add £75 per update. Per User charges are payable for each PC that can access the data up to 26 users, after which a System Charge would apply and usage is unlimited around a single set of data for one application for an organisation. Royal Mail is currently reviewing the licencing with a view to introducing a banded pricing scheme for 1st September 2009. The pricing above is valid from 1st September 2007 to 1st September 2008. Any licences purchased or renewed during this period will be valid for 12 months only. VAT at the standard rate should be added to all prices. Delivery by Royal Mail's First Class Post is included in the price.
