For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Webs Site Purchase and Use, ACL means Allies Computing Ltd.

No contract exists between you and ACL for the sale of any product until such time as your order has been accepted and confirmation of your order has been returned to you. Acceptance of your order will be deemed complete and the communication of our acceptance will be effective when ACL emails the acceptance and confirmation to you, whether or not you receive the email. This contract is interpreted, construed and operates in conformity with English law.

Disclaimer:

To the extent permitted at law, neither ACL, nor its directors, employees and representatives will be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this web site. Any exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of ACL or any of its employees.

To the extent permitted at law, ACL is providing this web site and its contents 'as is'. ACL disclaims all representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this web site and its contents including, without limitation, warranties of fitness for any particular purpose. No warrant is constituted by these terms and conditions which relate to the accuracy of information accessible via this web site. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Except where the purchaser and seller have expressly agreed in writing the purchaser is deemed to have satisfied him/herself as to the suitability of the software for which the purchaser requires it and the purchaser so warrants to the seller.

Technical support:

ACL reserve the right not to supply technical support. Only software distributed, published, licenced or sold directly by ACL qualify for the technical support. Any product requiring technical support must be registered before support will be given.

Prices:

All quoted prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are liable to UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate where applicable.

UK (and EU) VAT is not applicable to goods and services purchased from and delivered to countries outside the European Union. The prices applied in such cases will be those quoted on the product web page, without the additional VAT.

You may purchase goods from ACL with your credit card using currencies other than Pounds Sterling. In such cases your credit card company will be billed in Pounds Sterling and they will bill you in your local currency. The exchange rate applied to the transaction will be the rate set by your credit card company on the date of the transaction. ACL will not be responsible for any fees charged by any third party for this transaction.

Apart from VAT, no local (non EU) sales taxes or duties are included in the quoted prices. It is your responsibility to pay directly any such charges where applicable.

Address Details:

We request your name and address details for 2 reasons:

To enable us to dispatch your order and provide you with our after sales technical helpdesk facilities.
To register your licence with Royal Mail or another data provider where applicable.

We do not pass your name and address to any other third party.

Acknowledgement:

The purchaser acknowledges that they have full power and authority to execute this purchase order to confirm the sale of the Product. Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions carries the same force and effect as return of 'hard copy' via Royal Mail or another 'hard copy' delivery mechanism. In order to finalise your order you must choose the 'I Accept and Agree to the Terms and Conditions' option. This indicates your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
